Hyundai Canada Super Bowl commercial – Gaspocalypse

Hyundai Canada rolled out an ad called "Gaspocalypse", a Super Bowl spot with plenty of action and driving that shows an owner of a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid being feverishly chased by a bunch of apocalyptic-looking vehicles. When the other vehicles run out of gas, the Sonata stops and drops them off at a gas station. Overall, the commercial isn't too bad. It's just not memorable and it doesn't really make much sense when you stop and think about it.

The trend of advertisers releasing their Super Bowl commercials before the actual Super Bowl (Kia released one recently) just keeps on rolling. At least in this case we're discussing an ad out of Canada, one that those of us in the U.S. wouldn't have seen in the first place. With numerous Super Bowl ads coming out, it's almost surprising that there isn't a "Commercials" section over at the betting sites that place Super Bowl 47 Odds. At least if there is, I haven't seen it.

Back on topic, why would you stop and help the band of thieves that have been pursuing you?
